Project: Central Dupage Hospital (Winfield, IL)

   ​​​J.Gill and Company was hired by Northwestern Medicine to perform concrete restoration projects on 2 of the parking structures located at Central Dupage Hospital in Winfield, IL. Both parking structures are structurally reinforced with post-tension tendons within the elevated concrete floors. Signs of tendon failure and deterioration were becoming more pronounced. Both garages required extensive post-tension splice repairs and full tendon replacements.  After the structural concrete repairs were completed, the exposed roof levels of both garages received a polyurethane traffic coating system.
