​        J.Gill and Company was hired to shotblast and install the polyurethane waterproof traffic coating system at the newly built One Chicago development located at the southwest corner of Chicago Ave. and State Street in Chicago. New sealants were installed at all control joints, columns, cove joints, and cracks.  Over 250,000 SF of traffic coating was installed on the 4-level underground parking garage. The project was completed in May of 2021.
