​In the spring of 2018, the Park Alexandria Condominium in Chicago hired J.Gill and Company to perform a re-coat of their polyurethane traffic coating system on the 5-level parking garage below the building. There were also some concrete floor and ceiling spalls that were repaired. The old waterproofing system was shotblasted clean and primed. A full 3-coat polyurethane waterproofing system was applied to the entire garage. New stripes and stall numbers were also installed. The entire garage was closed for the duration of the project so a strict job schedule was implemented. The project was completed in 5 weeks.
